Account Managers have excellent communication skills as well as extensive experience designing functional office layouts and knowledge of current office design trends. The Account Manager works on site, starting with your furniture warehouse, ensuring everything is in place for pickup and delivery. Shipping delays from manufacturers are a common problem for furniture dealers. H.I.S. Project Coordinators and Account Managers take the hassle of shipping delays off of your business completely by coordinating and managing shipments and deliveries, regardless of delays.
The Account Manager will ensure that the project stays on schedule and on budget once the furniture is delivered to the job site, taking these responsibilities off your hands. Account Managers also update your clients daily with installation progress reports and photos until the job is completed to their satisfaction. Account Managers are available to your clients 24 hours a day during the installation process.
